June 26, 2004 - Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, Luray, Virginia

"Hey, hey, hey!...I smell a pic-a-nic basket!" Because it was so late by the time we left Luray Caverns, we spent the night at the closest RV park, which happened to be Jellystone. Of all the "chain" type RV parks we stayed at, this was the "nicest"--clean, friendly, spacious layout. We're not likely to stay at another one because we're trying to avoid communal RV-ing, but I'd definitely recommend the Jellystone Parks for families with young children. They have so many activities and rides, etc., that even the twitchiest kids will have fun.

And it's a paradise for perverts, too!

After we left the park, we set out for Gettysburg. On the way we passed a flea market--I love flea markets!--so I made Eric stop. We walked around, bought a thing or two and had some food. And I took some pics...
