Lauren is standup comic on the Boston circuit. She was the winner of the 1998 US Comedy Arts Festival competition, which did nothing whatsoever for her career but make other comics say, "So, you think YOU'RE hot shit, huh?" She has also appeared on some TV shows no one cares about, including Canada's "She's So Funny"..which airs nationally up there, but unfortunately she doesn't know any Canadians, so she never heard how it came out.

She's appeared at Caroline's, Standup New York, and the Comic Strip...not to mention every Chinese restaurant in the Northeast. She's appearing at the Boston Comedy Festival, and in the indie film "October Surprise". Lauren's father is a Methodist minister, her mother is a conservative Christian, her husband is extremely jealous, and her in-laws think comedy is trashy and offensive. She will be attending the premiere ALONE.
